Naming the Lung Association of Saskatchewan in your will

Please be sure to quote our organization's correct legal name: Lung Association of Saskatchewan. Our head office is located at 2308 Arlington Ave, Saskatoon, SK  S7J 3L3.

Here are some sample wordings that donors use:

For a specific sum of money

"I give to the Lung Association of Saskatchewan, the sum of $______ to be used at the discretion of the organization."

For a percentage of your estate

"I give to the Lung Association of Saskatchewan, ____% of my estate, to be used at the discretion of the organization."

For the residue of your estate once debts, taxes, administrative expenses and specific bequests have been paid.

"I give to the Lung Association of Saskatchewan, all (or ______%) of the residue of my estate, to be used at the discretion of the organization."

Making changes to a will

To avoid the expense of having a new will drawn up, minor alterations can be made to an existing will by means of a codicil, which is an amending document.
